OA1 - Identificar e compreender as bases pessoais e contextuais nas quais poderá assentar a sua identidade de líder OA2 - Avaliar oportunidades de desenvolvimento da sua identidade de líder
OA3 - Conceber um plano de desenvolvimento da identidade de líder que possa ser nutrido ao longo da vida

CP1 - O que é a identidade e como se desenvolve
CP2 - O que é a identidade de líder: contraste face a abordagens da liderança baseadas em estilos CP3 - Memes de liderança como bases para o desenvolvimento da liderança
CP4- O que é um plano de desenvolvimento pessoal: o uso da autorregulação para caminhar rumo a uma identidade desejada
Método de Avaliação
A avaliação ao longo do semestre consiste num trabalho individual (100% da nota final) consubstanciando o plano de desenvolvimento pessoal. Os estudantes que não entreguem este trabalho ou que obtenham menos de 10 valores na avaliação do mesmo poderão recorrer à época de recurso para proceder à entrega do trabalho inidividual.
