Objectivos

No final da Unidade Curricular os alunos deverão ser capazes de: OA1: Avaliar a envolvente organizacional da gestão de projectos, identificando as situações em que se deve utilizar a gestão de projectos . OA2: Iniciar e planear um projecto com vista a cumprir as especificações definidas. OA3: Avaliar um projecto eficazmente. OA4: Conduzir negociações eficazmente

Método de Avaliação

OPÇÃO 1: Avaliação periódica 50% Trabalho de grupo 50% Teste Para aprovação nesta modalidade, é necessário que os estudantes obtenham pelo menos 8 valores em cada uma das componentes da avaliação periódica. Aprovação à disciplina implica uma média final de pelo menos 10 valores. OPÇÃO 2: Exame 100% teste escrito final Aprovação com 10 valores ou mais
