Objectivos

O aluno que complete com sucesso esta Unidade Curricular será capaz de: -Identificar os principais modelos, medidas e problemáticas que estão implicadas no estudo da inteligência emocional. -Mobilizar estes conhecimentos para a efectiva aplicação em contexto organizacional.

Programa

1-Introdução ao estudo da Inteligência emocional -Relevância da inteligência emocional -Génese do contructo. 2-Modelos teóricos e medidas da inteligência emocional -Modelos conceptuais de inteligência emocional -Medidas de auto-relato e medidas de desempenho máximo -Validade do constructo de inteligência emocional -Níveis de análise na inteligência emocional 3 - Utilizações da Inteligência emocional -A inteligência emocional e a qualidade das relações interpessoais -A inteligência emocional, o desempenho e a liderança -A inteligência emocional, a saúde e o bem-estar

Método de Avaliação

Época normal: Trabalho de grupo (50%) e teste escrito individual (50%). Segunda época: exame escrito individual (100%)
