Objectivos

Os estudantes aprenderão a aplicar diferentes perspectivas teóricas - das teorias neo-institucionalistas às teorias da análise de políticas - às políticas Europeias. Por outro lado, o sistema europeu e a sua interação com outros atores globais (outras organizações internacionais) será objeto de análise. Um outro objetivo didático fundamental é o de encorajar os estudantes a desenvolver a sua própria questão de pesquisa no âmbito dos temas da unidade curricular, refletindo sobre a modalidade de análise a adotar e desenvolvendo um programa de trabalho individual. Finalmente, pretende-se treinar competências de análise, tanto orais, no âmbito de apresentações em aula, como escritas.

Políticas Internacionais 3.1 O poder de Policy-Making das Organizações Internacionais 3.2 Actores transnacionais na política internacional 3.3 A difusão internacional de políticas públicas: uma nova forma de governança global? 4. Conclusão: "Governança sem governo" ou "governança com muitos governos"?

Método de Avaliação

A realização da avaliação ao longo do semestre inclui: 1) desenvolvimento de uma questão de pesquisa e identificação de uma abordagem teórica/analítica (30%) e trabalho final individual escrito (70%). O trabalho final escrito pode ser um exercício de investigação (até 7 pgs.) ou uma revisão da literatura sobre uma questão específica no domínio da análise das políticas europeias e internacionais. (até 7 pgs.). A avaliação por exame consiste na elaboração de um trabalho final escrito individual (7 pp).
