Objectivos
OA1. Compreender as dinâmicas organizacionais e explorar os conceitos centrais das dinâmicas organizacionais numa abordagem multinível. OA2. Analisar os temas emergentes nas organizações com recurso a diferentes modelos teóricos. OA3. Avaliar os desafios de mudança organizacional através da identificação das fases de mudança. OA4. Analisar criticamente as transformações em curso no mundo do trabalho.

Conteúdo Programático (CP) 1: Introdução às Dinâmicas Organizacionais CP1.1. Conceito de dinâmicas organizacionais CP1.2. Dinâmicas organizacionais numa abordagem multinível CP1.3. Interdependência entre os diferentes níveis de análise CP 2 – Contributos teóricos na análise das dinâmicas organizacionais 2.1. Nível macroeconómico e social (e.g.: Mercado de Trabalho, Stakeholders) 2.2. Nível organizacional (e.g.: Abordagem dos Recursos, Agência, Trocas Sociais, Cultura e Abordagem Ergonómica) 2.3. Nível individual (e.g.: Teoria da ação planeada; Teoria da autodeterminação; JD-R; SST; SOC) 2.4. Método de Avaliação
Avaliação ao longo do semestre: - Trabalho de Grupo + Apresentação Oral: a ponderação final é de 40%. - Frequência Individual: a ponderação final é de 60%. A aprovação em regime de avaliação ao longo do semestre pressupõe uma avaliação mínima de 9,5 valores em todos os elementos de avaliação, desde que a nota final totalize 10 valores. É exigida a presença de um mínimo de 2/3 nas aulas para poder apresentar-se a avaliação ao longo do semestre. Regime Exame: Exame final (100% da avaliação final). A nota do trabalho de grupo não será considerada para a avaliação em regime de exame e melhoria de nota.
