I. Dimensões conceptuais das ferramentas digitais na intervenção social i.i Problematização do conceito de E-Social Work / Serviço Social Digital i.ii Redes sociais digitais e outras ferramentas digitais baseadas na Internet. i.iii Social Big Data, Thich Data e Smart Data i.iv Tecnologia e Serviço Social: Internet das Coisas (IoT) II. Modelos de intervenção social com enfoque nas ferramentas digitais ii.i Modelo digital clássico: Aconselhamento telefónico, redes sociais eletrônicas, email e mensagens de texto. ii.ii Modelo digital contemporâneo: aconselhamento on-line, aconselhamento em vídeo, ciberterapia (terapia de avatar), intervenções auto-guiadas na Web, Serviço Social de grupos online, intervenção comunitária de base tecnológica III. Debates sobre a intervenção social digital na sociedade contemporânea iii.i Apresentação e discussão de experiências e projetos a nível internacional
Método de Avaliação
A unidade curricular possui uma modalidade de avaliação: ?Avaliação final?. A avaliação da Unidade Curricular consiste na realização de um trabalho escrito individual sobre um tema relacionado com as ferramentas digitais na intervenção social e que deverá ser discutido com o professor (num máximo de 8 páginas) E ou Avaliação por exame.
