IPE Debate III raised the following question: Will South-South Relations replace the hegemony of North-South Relations?

Two teams were selected to defend opposite responses to the question: Yes or No.

A poll was taken before the discussion followed by another one at the end to assess if the audience shifted their opinion.

A referee team was also set to assess the quality of the arguments present by each team.
