  • For decades, drug laws have focused on prohibition of use, possession, supply of drugs for recreational purposes.  The consequences of the prohibitions have varied from minor to major punishments.
  • As some European countries are introducing regulatory permissions for cannabis, qualified speakers will present and discuss the models and proposals with the students.
  • The learning objective is to understand the objectives and the differences between these EU countries as they introduce regulatory changes.
