First, we will identify the main characteristics of virtual communities and the digital environment. Then, we will address the complexity of analysing the built environment, emphasising the necessity of incorporating various perspectives and views. These include user-generated content and consumption-related communication that utilize digital tools and are primarily directed toward other consumers. Within the realm of different e-users, our focus will be on travelers who have posted comments on various platforms.
