The learning goals associated to this programme are: 1. To understand key influences of culture in human behaviour and in the work place at home level and at international level; 2. To enhance individual intercultural competence to efficiently interact – communicate and negotiate – with people from diverse cultural backgrounds; 3. To develop critical thinking ability and negotiation skills through experiential classes in a multi-cultural environment.
