The UC is divided into three types of classes: Lectures - Presentation of concepts, theoretical insights and content development in a large group through exhibitions that usually feature a power point presentation Theoretical and practical - Activities in small team group of students and lessons on contemporary history and culture of Portugal Study visits - sessions that correspond to tours related to the program of lectures. | The assessment consists in: 1) Group research project, consisting in a oral presentation and an academic written report on a chosen topic within point CP7 of the syllabus: 40% of the final result 2) Attendance and participation (live and on Blackboard discussion forum): 10% of the final result 3) Participation on CP1 Discussion Forum (Blackboard): 10% of the final result 4) Final test focusing lectures (syllabus points CP1 to CP7) and tours: 40% of the final result
