In this session the teacher presented about how to inscribe participant observation, on the challenges while writing fieldnotes, etc. Students were compelled to include their initial doubts on how to write their fieldnotes.

By the end of the session, we dedicated time to help each other to define the exercises' topics, since students should send a document with their idea for the exercise within the next week.

In this session we began by debating Lofland & Lofland text about getting access to the field. Then, I presented a power point with a synthesis of the main ideas from the text. By the last third of the session, we fulfilled a table trying to conretize as much as possible some f the already chosen topics for the ethnographic exercise.
