Objectivos

Esta UC visa oferecer o quadro teórico para a intervenção psicossocial nas questões relacionadas com as percepções de justiça. Pretende-se, assim, que os alunos saibam utilizar os modelos teóricos da Psicologia Social da Justiça na resolução de problemas e conflitos sociais e organizacionais. O aluno que complete com sucesso esta Unidade Curricular será capaz de: OA1. Descrever e contrastar teorias sobre psicologia social da justiça. OA2. Descrever os antecedentes e consequentes dos julgamentos de justiça e aplicá-los a situações concretas. OA3. Identificar estratégias de intervenção de promoção da justiça social e organizacional.

Programa

CP1. A Psicologia Social da Justiça: definição e âmbito de aplicação. CP2. Teorias da privação relativa, CP3. Teorias da justiça distributiva, CP4. Teorias da justiça procedimental /interaccional. CP5. Teorias da justiça retributiva. CP6. A teoria da crença no mundo justo e as reacções às vítimas de injustiça. CP7. Teorias da justiça restaurativa.

Método de Avaliação

Os alunos podem frequentar esta UC em regime de avaliação periódica ou de exame final. Para realizar a avaliação periódica, os alunos deverão: - realizar um trabalho (35%); - Realizar uma frequência individual (65%). Os alunos que não tenham realizado a avaliação periódica ou que tenham ficado reprovados na mesma (nota inferior a 10 valores), poderão apresentar-se a exame final (100%).
