Objectivos

O estudante que termine esta UC com sucesso será capaz de: OA1: Reconhecer características e benefícios da saúde no trabalho. OA2: Identificar os principais factores que afectam a saúde e o bem-estar no trabalho e analisar formas de os gerir. OA3: Reconhecer os principais modelos e conceitos de saúde e qualidade de vida no trabalho. OA4: Desenvolver a capacidade de avaliar criticamente as opções de gestão adequadas ao desenvolvimento de locais de trabalho saudáveis.

Programa

Parte 1. Criar ambientes de trabalho saudáveis 1.1 Segurança e saúde em números 1.2 Os benefícios de ter trabalhadores saudáveis 1.3 Conceitos de saúde e bem estar organizacional. Método de Avaliação

Avaliação ao longo do semestre: -Projeto de Grupo 45%: relatório escrito (com obrigatoriedade de apresentação oral ) -Exercícios realizados nas aula: 5% -Teste individual: 50% No projeto de grupo e no teste: classificação mínima de 8 valores em cada um para fazer média, e mínimo de 10 valores na nota final. Os alunos que reprovem, ou optem por não fazer a avaliação periódica, têm Exame final (100%) no qual a aprovação requer a classificação = ou > 10 valores.
