Objectivos
OA1. Identificar as dinâmicas da Economia do Conhecimento e seu impacto nas organizações; OA2. Relacionar os conceitos de aprendizagem organizacional e de gestão do conhecimento com a vertente estratégica do capital intelectual; OA3. Identificar os indicadores de capital humano e construir o Balanced Scorecard do capital conhecimento.

CP1. A complexidade dos mercados atuais e a gestão do capital humano; CP2. A aprendizagem organizacional enquanto fator de competitividade das empresas; CP3. A gestão do conhecimento nas organizações; CP4. O capital intelectual e a criação de valor organizacional; CP5. O Balanced Scorecard e a gestão do capital humano; CP6. Modelos mais conhecidos do capital intelectual; CP7. O BSC do capital intelectual.
Método de Avaliação
Ao longo do período lectivo, serão utilizados, os seguintes instrumentos de avaliação: - Assiduidade/participação nas aulas e trabalhos de grupo (40%); - 1 Teste individual (60%); Esta avaliação pressupõe que o aluno assegura uma assiduidade (e pontualidade) igual ou superior a 80%. A avaliação final será através de exame e respeitará o Regulamento Específico de Avaliação de Conhecimentos da IBS. Esta avaliação final terá um peso de 100% na avaliação final da unidade lectiva.
