Differences between products and services: services are more intangible, experiential, interactive, and perishable, although they share some development principles with products.
Main service development models, including sequential, concurrent, and Double Diamond approaches.
Importance of user-centered tools such as journey mapping, extreme users, personas, and service blueprinting to understand needs and improve the service experience.
